Our manufactured rare earth magnetic grills are mainly used for removing weakly magnetic impurities from free flowing powder and granular material. These industrial magnetic grills are assembled using 22 mm dia rods in SS – 304. The complete range of permanent magnetic grids is best suitable to use for purifying products like food, chemicals and minerals. That is free flowing materials like food product mixes, spices, salt, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic, food grains, cattle feed, dal, flour, drugs, chemicals, and plastics.
These units are easily installed in any hopper or floor opening, chute or duct and in the plastic industry removing tramp iron of both virgin and reground plastics as used in injection molding machines. They prevent damage or blockage of valuable molding or extrusion equipment resulting from build-up of ferrous metal contamination.
